Always had great service from this company till the last order. Order at yodel warehouse but no updates since last Thursday. Used the contact us to assist but not had any response

Do not recommend anyone buying from this company you can't get in contact with them to chase missing order. Tried email, txt, chat. No reply on anything.
So.... I have contacted tv watchdog.
I suggest everyone does the same it's just a small form to complete.

Sold a Lie....
I brought Perfectdraft Pro which is excellent but part of my reason for the purchase was the selection of beers from Beerhawk and the promise from the new managing director of new beers etc in the pipeline.
Be aware, this company promises but fails to deliver, on there website ,30% of beers are out of stock!!!!!
Ridiculous, despite emailing and trying live chat, nobody gets back to you. So if you are thinking of buying a perfect draft I would recommend save your money as Beerhawk surely cannot survive in its present form.

Bank loan for kegs!
Anyone on here thinking about buying a pd machine think again and go for the Heineken blade.
Price increases, discount codes gone for basically now pub price beer which is not a patch on some of the Heineken blade beers that pour better and don't go flat.
Beer wulf prices have gone up slightly but still about £2.38 a pint of cold Heineken which is banging..when their prices go up anywhere near £3 a pint that's when I will be out and back to cans,bottles!

Got a code and link from Beer Hawk both did not work tried to call them. could not get through. Ordered some kegs the wrong beer arrived. They are now not taking calls. The live chat does not work. I raised a ticket on the Beer hawk website it deleted all the text, i tried again and it kept deleting everything. I tried to contact their parent company AB Inbev once again no way to speak to anyone you just get bcut off before speaking to anyone. but i was able to send in an online complaint. BEWARE there is something not right with Beer Hawk

Use to be a gr8 company, but lately its like they just want to get the last penny out of you, from kegs going up in price and costumer service going to the dogs, im really sry i sold my blade to come back to beerhawk

What a shocking experience from this…
What a shocking experience from this company.
Placed an order for their pro model machine with a keg and two glasses, around £390 pounds worth.
Was due for delivery on the 14th. Noticed on website it said order was finalised.
This is where things start to go wrong.
Send a support ticket in through their website, with a message saying they would be in touch in up to 2 days. Not heard anything
Send a message on twitter, heard nothing back.
Tried calling their phone number today, to be greeted with a recorded message saying they cant answer phones today due to staff training (what ?!?!?!?!)
Tried to get a hold of someone on their live chat, no on responded.
Messaged again on twitter, to date still not received a reply.
Emailed their help at beerhawk.co.uk address, not had a reply back yet.
What an absolutely shocking customer service.

Absolutely horrendous service since Dan taken over… from the keg increases to the discount codes being cut… it’s pathetic & his reasons for them are even worse…
Wanting to treat a loyal customer base like dirt….
Once my latest kegs are done so am I with beerhawk…..!

Order delivered by Yodel in several pieces (a Box, three Kegs). Company dont give any other delivery option, despite continual requests. Order was correct which is a bonus - most people get kegs swapped for others and the first they know about it is when they appear on the doorstep!
Due to the fact that the prices continue to rise, and due to recent changes, i have lost trust in this company, and will not be likely to make any more orders from them.

Disgusting Customer Service
As per a lot of the previous comments, they do not respond to emails, live chat and don't pick up the phone. Most recent excuse is when I get down to no.2 in the que I get cut off and when I call back they say they are on training! I stupidly brought the new PD machine with my old one part exchanged. After a horror show of a delivery, I finally got my new machine working. Then received the box to send the old one back and receive £150 beer tokens. Box was collected and driver took picture. He had no collection stickers so emailed Beer Hawk straight away. Manth did email back saying collection was successful and allow 14 days for tokens to be credited. That was on 24/06, 20 days ago! Now I can't get through to anyone. Absolutely disgusting how they are treating customers. I will be reporting to Trading Standards.
